01 · Provider and purpose
Glossery Studio is a free 3D configurator provided by Levara GmbH. Glossery is a brand of Levara GmbH. Address: Herrenlandstraße 31–35, 78315 Radolfzell am Bodensee, Germany. Contact: info@glossery.de. Our legal notice contains the full provider details. The configurator lets you explore design ideas for paintwork and Peelclear.
02 · Your look is a preview
Colours, gloss, matte finishes, metallic effects and colour shifts are simplified on-screen representations. Lighting, screens and the model affect the result. The preview is not a binding colour sample. We will agree the actual colour, finish and application with you in person before an order.
03 · Vehicle models and manufacturers
Vehicle models are used solely for visualisation. Vehicle and manufacturer names identify the model shown. Glossery and Levara GmbH are not affiliated with vehicle manufacturers. There is no cooperation, sponsorship, commissioning or endorsement by these manufacturers. Glossery Studio is not an official manufacturer configurator.
04 · Design is not technical approval
Suspension, camber, wheel offset and interior settings illustrate a design idea. The simulation does not confirm technical feasibility, fitment, safety or road approval. The driving animation is illustrative. Vehicle data and simulated settings are not recommendations for road use. Real changes require separate professional assessment and, where applicable, regulatory approval.
05 · Enquiries and orders
Using the studio or acknowledging its notices does not place an order or create a paid contract. “Enquire about this look” leads to a non-binding contact enquiry. A specific quotation and any contract terms will be agreed separately.
06 · Model, licence and rights
The 3D model “3D sports car model” by jasonUWU is used under CC BY 4.0. Textures, materials, paint surfaces, wheels, orientation and markings have been adapted. Attribution and licence links appear below and under “Model and licence” in the studio. Trademark and vehicle design rights remain with their respective owners. These notices do not restrict any rights granted to you in the model by the CC BY licence.
07 · Technology and statutory rights
Rendering and features may differ according to your device, browser and performance. Continuous availability or an error-free simulation is not promised. Your statutory rights and statutory liability remain unaffected. The acknowledgment before starting confirms that you have read the preview notices; it does not waive any rights.
08 · Privacy and cookie choices
Our privacy policy describes the processing of personal data. A contact enquiry submits the information you enter there together with your selected look. The studio acknowledgment is held only in memory for the current page visit; no additional cookies are set for this purpose. Cookie choices are handled separately.
